Revlon’s Amazing Spider-Man 2 Electric Chrome Collection Lip Gloss Review!

Hey True Believers!

I’m going to do a review on my mini haul from Revlon’s Amazing Spider-Man 2 Electric Chrome Collection!  I decided to get the 3 lip glosses and 2 nail polishes (I believe there’s 6 nail polishes total. I’ll get the other 4 later! I’ll also review these 2 in the pic below later!) and saw how much my instagram followers wanted reviews on the collection so here is my review on the lip glosses!

I picked these up at Walgreens and unfortunately can’t find the receipt with the price, but I believe they were between $6.99-$8.99 each.

*This was purchased by me with my own funds.

Killer-Watt: Price: Between $6.99-$8.99

My Thoughts:  Magenta toned lip gloss with magenta and blue glitter shimmer. It turns orange depending on the light source/angle. This lipgloss was non sticky and felt really nice and creamy on the lips. I didn’t feel the texture of the glitter either which was nice and it has a slight sweet fragrance to it. It can be applied sheer with just a hint of color, or in more layers to give more color to the lip. But there’s no way to get it opaque unless you use a magenta lipstick underneath. I really loved the packaging on these with the gold webbing on the wand handle. They all have a doe foot applicator.  It does settle into the lines of your lips, so you might want to wear a lipstick underneath to make this less noticeable.

Electro-Shock: Price: Between $6.99-$8.99

My Thoughts:  Blue toned lip gloss with blue glitter shimmer that shifts magenta and then yellow-green depending on the light source/angle. This lip gloss was non sticky and felt really nice and creamy on the lips. I didn’t feel the texture of the glitter either which was nice and it has a slight sweet fragrance to it. It went on mostly clear with just a small hint of blue, so it’s not very pigmented, but if you layer it but would look really cool on top of another lipstick like magenta or black. This one really looks like it’s glowing which is very cool!

Sparks Fly: Price: Between $6.99-$8.99

My Thoughts:  Red toned lip gloss with red glitter shimmer that shifts coral and then gold depending on the light source/angle. This lip gloss was non sticky and felt really nice and creamy on the lips. I didn’t feel the texture of the glitter either which was nice and it has a slight sweet fragrance to it. It was the most pigmented of the 3. It does settle into the lines of your lips, so you might want to wear a lipstick underneath to make this less noticeable.

  1. The blue one is so pretty! But I like the packaging so I want them all. I am such a sucker for packaging that is aesthetically pleasing.
