Clawdeen Wolf Monster High Inspired Halloween Collaboration!

Kassie’s Frankie Stein Look
Meredith’s Abbey Bominable Look
Ronnie’s Spectra Vondergeist Look

I got together with the above amazingly talented and awesome girls and we did Monster High Inspired looks for Halloween! It was the perfect thing to do since the girls are all monsters and well..what goes better with Halloween than monsters?! :D

The dolls are freaking cute as heck and I love the animated series: Monster High Series on YouTube

I chose Clawdeen Wolf, as I look the most like her out of the Monster High Dolls/Characters. I hope you like! :)

“Clawdeen is furrrocious. As the 15-year-old daughter of The Werewolf, she comes from a huge family and needs to have her own style to stand out. She’s a fierce monsterista, immortalized in the Monster High halls for her intense eyes and prominent canines. Plus she has tons of hair that she always styles in furrrociously unique ways (all the ghouls want to copy her freaky-fab style). I’m pretty sure she could win America’s Top Monster. She loves to tear up the soccer field, and just might make team captain if she put her claws to it. Crescent, her pet kitten, is scary-cute (and has the softest, fuzzy fur ever)!”

I based my make up off of this Clawdeen doll. :)

Candy Corn Inspirational Look (Halloween Candy Collaboration!)

Another Halloween inspirational look (with more to come!)!!! So I got together with my lovely gal pals, Ronnie from Bows and Curtseys and Meredith from Pigments and Palettes, and we all came up with a collaboration based around Halloween candy! So I selected candy corn as it screams Halloween! I used colors based on traditional candy corn (I know there’s all kinds out there now!) and used Sugarpill Cosmetic’s pressed eyeshadows since they’re so bright and pigmented. I only had time to do an eyeball for ya lol but the next look will be a full face!  I know this look theme deviates from my usual, but I’m a gal who loves all kinds of things! (I just love comics most! ;) ) I hope you like!

Enjoy! :D

Inheritance Cycle Dragons Collaborative Look with Ronnie from Bows and Curtseys!

I found Ronnie via Beautylish a month or two ago and instantly fell in love with her make up skills! She does the most gorgeous looks and I noticed that she had even done some based off some novels. I thought “Hey! She does stuff based off fantasy novels and that’s similar to what I do! I wonder if she’d like to collaborate with me!” And so I sent her a lil email. Luckily she’s super awesome and agreed and we’ve been talking to each other ever since! :) We picked the Eragon/Inheritance Cycle dragons because 1. It’s up our alleys, and 2. The book covers have the awesome dragons on the cover and were great for visual reference. (And yes, I have read them and will read the last one coming out in November called Inheritance :P )

And so began the birth of our collaboration! You can follow Ronnie’s beautiful work at http://bowsandcurtseys.blogspot.com/. And here is a little sample of what her part of the collaboration looked like!

Thank you Ronnie for collaborating with me! You were so fun to work with and we totally have to do this again sometime! You’re so talented, lovely, and a awesome gal! :D <3 ya girl!!

And so I bring to you, my part of the collaboration! I did one super crazy not so wearable look with Greenie (the fan name for the Green dragon that hasn’t been born yet)  His name has been revealed to be Fírnen and one slightly more wearable for Thorn. Because Greenie Fírnen was so detailed, I’m not going to put where I used each product, as I don’t remember exactly where I put what! But I will list the products I used for both! Enjoy!!

((ALERT: Super pic heavy blog post! :D ))
